Sp. k., entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS (National Court Register No.): 0000754728, NIP (Taxpayer ID No.): 5130257272, REGON (National Business Registry No.): 38163305200000, address: Minoga 127, 32-046 Minoga, email: info@mysticfestival.pl, hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser.”
- The Terms & Conditions pertain to the rules of participation in an artistic and entertainment event organised by the Organiser, which constitutes a mass event as defined in the provisions of the Act of 20th March 2009 on the security and safety of mass events (Journal of Laws from 2023, item 616), hereinafter referred to as the “Event.” The Terms & Conditions apply to all persons present at the Event’s premises.
- The right to enter the Event premises is granted to persons who have presented an entry ticket for the Event, which includes a unique barcode issued by the Organiser, or persons who have been authorised by the Organisers to enter the Event’s premises, with the reservation of item 4 and 6. A collector’s ticket without a barcode is not an entry ticket and does not entitle to the participation in the Event.
- A minor under the age of 16 on the starting date of the Event can enter and participate in the Event only under the care of an adult who assumes responsibility for the minor during the Event. An adult can be responsible for only one minor during the Event. The caretaker of the minor is obliged to possess both their own and the minor’s entry tickets (with reservation of item 5) as well as a document stating the child’s full name and age.
- A minor under the age of 13 can enter the Event under the care of an adult, after the adult has provided a “Family entry ticket” or two entry tickets (one for an adult, one for a minor). A “Family entry ticket” is an entry ticket for the event which entitles the holder to enter and participate in the event with one minor under the age of 13. The “Family entry ticket” pool is limited.
- At the entry to the Events, an entry ticket can be exchanged for an ID issued by the Organiser in the form of a wristband. In this case, the participant is obliged to wear the wristband on their wrist throughout the duration of the Event. A unique barcode on every ticket entitles the holder to exchange their ticket for a wristband only during its first scan. Only one person can use one wristband. Losing the wristband means losing the right to enter the Event premises. Only a participant with an undamaged wristband located permanently on their wrist can re-enter the Event premises. It is forbidden to resell or give away the wristband or the entry ticket.
- In the events that a participant must leave the Event premises and remove their wristband (ID) after leaving the Event due to outstanding circumstances (e.g. due to the nature of their work), this participant is entitled to re-enter the Event premises under both of the following conditions:
- the participant has informed the Organiser about the necessity of their removing their wristband beforehand at the information point next to the entrance to the Event premises and produced an identification document to allow the Organiser to make a report of such notification,
- the participant has enclosed the removed wristband to the Organiser at the information point next to the entrance to the Event premises and confirmed their identity with an identification document.
An event participant who has fulfilled both of these conditions will be given a new wristband, which they should wear on their wrist for the duration of the Event.
A participant must notify the Organiser about the necessity of removing their wristband prior to its removal.
