Celestial Sanctuary

What more there’s to say, Celestial Sanctuary plays death metal for death metal fans. They have that deadly groove in them, they’re not afraid to slow things down or to heat things up with speed. It’s old-school but make it new-school. You’ll love them and they’re only getting started.

History:

Celestial Sanctuary was formed in 2019 in Cambridge and, generally speaking, got things off the ground immediately. They released a demo that same year and in 2021, introduced themselves to the world with their debut album, Soul Diminished. The cultural comeback of old-school death metal at the time helped them out, as they had great songs and epitomised the grave-like, forever-fashionable style of Bolt Thrower. In 2023, they stoke the fire with their sophomore album, which led to their signing with the reputable Metal Blade, and last year, they released an EP, Visions of Stagnant Blood.
