As a general rule, when one desires to listen to some death metal, one hopes for music which will knock them about and crash them with hefty riffs, all while maintaining a sickly allure. Plaguemace does exactly that. It is a death metal as repugnant as it is catchy.
History:
Plaguemace took its first steps in 2019, when brothers Andreas and Simon Truelsen began to unearth the first bones of potential death metal hits in their basement. In 2020, when they got their friends, Matias Zacho and Anton Holm, to join them, they struck with a magnificent offal of death metal on the EP Primal Priest. In 2023, they knocked down harder with a debut album, Reptilian Warlords, and they are inching ever closer to death metal world dominance.
