History:

The Canadian Thantifaxath remains a mystery. The three-piece was formed by anonymous musicians in Toronto and from the beginning, their music has been released through Dark Descent Records, a veteran lebel of the extreme scene. They debuted with an untitled EP and released their first full-length album, Sacred White Noise, in 2014, which earned them quite a following among the fans of the dissonant, nuanced black metal. Their latest record, Hive Mind Narcosis from 2023, whetted everyone’s appetite.
