Zemial is the type of black metal which will ensnare the listener their rich complexity. From the philosophical ecstasy in their lyrics to the pursuit of the meaning of dreams, all the way to a black/thrash wild ride with some progressive elements. It’ll be heavy as much as it’ll be demanding.
History:
Zemial emerged in 1992 in the Greek Athens. Throughout the years, the band – though it would be more appropriate to call it a one-man project of Archon Vorskaath – changed its location multiple times, only to return to Athens, this time probably permanently. The project has never been among the most active ones, but, in spite of that, it captured and continues to retain the attention of listeners thanks to its original and complex style. It all started with the classical black metal, but with time some bits and pieces of thrash, heavy and even progressive metal were added into the mix.
