On the festival grounds:
We use reusable cups for all types of cold drinks, which are subject to a refundable deposit.
We do not use plastic bags for merchandise. T-shirts are packed in paper bands, and larger purchases are placed in paper bags.
There are free drinking water spots at the festival, which reduces the use of PET plastic bottles.
At the backstage:
We have a festival kitchen instead of catering, which helps us cut down on plastic packaging and the carbon footprint associated with transportation.
Every festival crew member uses reusable cutlery and a water bidon that they fill up at water dispensers.
We try to minimize the use of bottled water for bands (offstage).
