Yoth Iria will summon the spirit of ancient Greek black metal. Alongside all the wickedness, their music also includes the romantic alloy so characteristic for many representatives of the genre in the Hellenic style. You can expect both the radical and the melodic.
History:
Although Yoth Iria technically only formed in 2019, first etchings of the band already started in the 2000s. It was then that the brains behind the project (Jim Mutilator, a former Rotting Christ musician) began to compose first songs that would in time become Yoth Iriaโs material. The band released their first EP in 2020 and soon after, doubled down with their debut album, As the Flame Withers. After its release, they started to tour and garner acclaim in their own right, not just out Multilatorโs cult status. The Greekโs latest record, Blazing Inferno, has made them into a widely known band.ย
