History:
Youth Code is a duo composed of Sara Taylor and Ryan George. The band was formed in 2012. The objective of the two was to play electronic music which was industrial, first and foremost, and balanced out by the rage taken straight out of hardcore punk. Though their first EP and debut self-titled album piqued the general attention already, the real breakthrough came with their sophomore record, Commitment to Complications, from 2016. After its release, the band began to tour intensively. After a five-year-long recording break, they came back with a collaboration album with King Yosef, A Skeleton Key in the Doors of Depression. The Los Angeles-based duoโs latest release is the EP Yours, With Malice, from last year.
