The Shipyard endured a lot. Over the course of five long years, hundreds of bands from all over the world played nearly half a thousand concerts there for us. This year, the festival was sold out, with 14,000 of you attending every day—and we had a great time together. However one shouldn’t remain in the shipyard forever; the time has come for us to set sails on stranger tides.
Gdańsk will remain our home, but we’re moving the Mystic Festival to a new location—Letnica, on the grounds of the Polsat Plus Arena, where we’ll build our Metalopolis, a project we’ve been working on for two years. There, we’ll be able to host bands for whom the Shipyard and even our Main Stage were too small. There, we’ll be able to bring to life our craziest production and stage design ideas. We will be able to develop and change, creating the festival that you need, and we dream about.
Mystic Festival 2027 will take place in Gdańsk, Letnica, from June 10 to 12.
