Bruce Dickinson

It takes just one command, one flick of a hand, and you shall be screaming for him. One of the most important voices and one of the fiercest frontmen of heavy metal will perform at Mystic Festival! “This album has been a very personal journey for me and I am extremely proud of it. Roy Z and I have been planning, writing and recording it for years, and I am very excited for people to finally hear it” – with these words, Bruce Dickinson, the vocalist of the legendary Iron Maiden, announced “The Mandrake Project”, his first solo project in almost two decades. We are more than excited that the Polish unveiling of this material will happen at the Gdańsk Shipyard. This is how history is born.

Someone who needs no introduction. A vocalist, writer, pilot, fencer, brewmaster, radio host… a true Renaissance man. He is best known, however, as the vocalist of Iron Maiden, the bonafide titans of metal, where he took over the mic in 1981 and has been singing, with a small interval, ever since. Despite that he found the time and inspiration for a solo career, starting with the 1990 album “Tattooed Millionaire”. In 2006, Dickinson was listed as the seventh greatest singer of all time (overall, not just metal), which essentially answers the question of whether you should bother to come and hear his wall-shattering voice live. The question is – are there any metalheads left that haven’t heard it yet? If yes, the live version of Dickinson should be qualified as an absolute must-see (or rather, must-hear) to be experienced at least once during our short earthly existence.
